Hogan Frick Paralegal

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering Phones & Communication with clients;
  • Send new client Intake package to client for signature and execution of agreement;
  • Scheduling/Calendaring interviews with potential new clients;
  • Sending out and following up on medical records requests;
  • Sending out and following up on initial paperwork for personal injury cases;
  • Managing Deadlines;
  • Filing and Backup Receptionist duties;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
  • Strong communication and organization skill
  • Reliable transportation
  • Knowledgeable of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong Customer Service Skills and Communication Skills

Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay starts at $10/hr but can be negotiated based on experience.

Hogan Frick Receptionist / Intake Specialist

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Answering telephone
  • Managing mail out/in coordination
  • Opening and distribution of incoming mail
  • Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents and files
  • Maintain good appearance of the reception area common areas and office in general
  • Organize client files
  • Sends new client Intake package to client for signature and execution of agreement
  • Scheduling/Calendaring interviews with potential new clients

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)

Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Pay starts at $10/hr but can be negotiated based on experience.
